 Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie:

Try one of the most popular protein shakes many of us are falling in love with is the Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake, so here's a recipe to you can try-

 

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1/3 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt

  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 

  • If desired add a few shakes of pumpkin pie spice

  • 4-5 ice cubes

  • Blend and Enjoy!
